Refund Policy

Free Trial
New users may receive a 17-day free trial upon signing up. No payment method is required during the trial period. You will not be charged unless you actively subscribe after the trial ends.
If you cancel before the trial expires, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial at the then-current monthly rate.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard under Subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain full access to the service until that date.
No cancellation fees apply. Once the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and email delivery will stop.
Refund Eligibility
Daily Job Mailer subscriptions are billed monthly and we generally do not issue refunds for partial billing periods that have already commenced.
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances: • You were charged after cancelling your subscription (billing error). • You were charged twice for the same billing period (duplicate charge). • Technical issues prevented you from accessing the service for the majority of your paid period and we were unable to resolve them after being notified.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: • You forgot to cancel before your trial or billing cycle ended. • You did not use the service during the paid period. • You are dissatisfied with job quality or volume (job listings are sourced from third parties). • Requests submitted more than 7 days after the charge date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, email us at support@jobmailers.com.co within 7 days of the charge with the following information:
1. Your registered account email address 2. The Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email) 3. The charge date and amount 4. A brief description of the issue
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and respond with a decision within 5 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and credited back to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking). Processing times may vary:
• UPI: 2–5 business days • Credit / Debit card: 5–10 business days • Net Banking: 3–7 business days
Refund timelines are subject to your bank's processing schedule and are outside our control once initiated.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. If a chargeback is found to be unjustified, we reserve the right to dispute it with supporting transaction records.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Important: Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We process all refund requests fairly and promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
