Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Free Trial

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, if you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.

How to request a review

Email support@jobmailers.com.co with your account email, charge date, and reason.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account suspension.
