Service Overview

Daily Job Mailer ("DJM", "we", "us", or "our") is a job discovery, matching, digest, ATS scoring, and application-tracking platform. We provide market-specific job access for India ("IN") and the United States ("US") through separate Job Zones.

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing access, subscribing, renewing, browsing jobs, saving jobs, using ATS tools, or receiving email digests, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policy linked from the checkout or account settings page.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate account, profile, billing, and contact information and to keep it current.

Your country of residence, profile location, resume location, selected country, IP address, or stated job-search preference does not grant paid access. Access is controlled only by active Job Zone entitlements shown in your account.

Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@jobmailers.com.co if you suspect unauthorized access or an unauthorized payment.

Accounts are personal to the registered user. You may not share, resell, rent, transfer, sublicense, or commercially exploit DJM access, job data, digests, saved jobs, tracker data, or ATS output.

Job Zone Access & Billing

India Jobs and United States Jobs are separate access products. An active India subscription does not unlock US jobs, and an active US access pass does not unlock India jobs. Dual-market access requires active entitlement for both zones.

India Jobs: India access is billed under the existing recurring India subscription flow at the price shown at checkout, currently ₹49 per month unless a valid promotion applies. By subscribing to India Jobs, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

United States Jobs: US access is a one-time manual renewal product. The authoritative US price is $5.00 USD (500 cents) for each 30-day access period. US access is not an auto-renewing subscription. Each successful, server-verified US payment grants or extends US access by 30 days from the later of the current US expiry date or the successful payment date.

We never rely on client-supplied amount, currency, market, plan, or duration values to grant access. Access is granted only after our server verifies the payment and records the entitlement.

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring India subscription from your Dashboard or account settings. Cancellation stops future India renewal charges, and India access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.

US access does not auto-renew, so there is no US subscription to cancel. If you do not manually renew US access before expiry, US jobs, US digests, saved US jobs, and US tracker access may be locked after expiry. India access remains unaffected by US expiry or failed US renewal.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to access a Job Zone without active entitlement; (b) bypass, disable, or manipulate access controls, payment checks, API rules, or security controls; (c) scrape, copy, mirror, bulk download, redistribute, or resell job data, digest data, or application-tracking data without written permission; (d) use bots, scripts, credential sharing, account farming, fake accounts, fake referrals, disposable identities, or abusive automation; (e) submit false payment, refund, identity, or support information; (f) initiate knowingly false or abusive chargebacks after receiving access; (g) use DJM for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or deceptive conduct; or (h) interfere with the integrity, availability, or performance of the service.

We may suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate access for suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, chargeback abuse, policy violations, or attempts to obtain unpaid access. We may preserve and use account activity, entitlement, payment, device, support, email, and audit records to investigate abuse, respond to disputes, and protect DJM and other users.

Job Data Disclaimer

Job postings are sourced from third-party job boards, APIs, employer pages, and public sources. We do not create, control, guarantee, verify, endorse, or sponsor third-party job postings. Listings may be inaccurate, expired, duplicated, changed, unavailable, remote-status inaccurate, salary-incomplete, or fraudulent.

DJM does not guarantee job availability, employer response, interviews, offers, salary outcomes, visa sponsorship, work authorization outcomes, ATS score accuracy, or employment results. You are responsible for verifying every job, employer, recruiter, compensation claim, work authorization requirement, and application link before applying.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, workflows, matching logic, analytics, templates, content, and other materials on DJM are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit DJM without our written consent.

Payments, Fraud Reviews & Chargebacks

Payment records, invoices, successful payments, failed payments, pending payments, refund requests, entitlement changes, admin grants, and access extensions may be logged for security, accounting, dispute handling, and fraud prevention.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact support@jobmailers.com.co promptly with your registered email, payment ID, date, amount, and issue. Where permitted by law, you agree to give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue before initiating a bank dispute or chargeback.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed after access was granted, we may suspend the disputed Job Zone while the dispute is pending, preserve relevant access and usage records, and contest the dispute with evidence including payment confirmation, entitlement activation, login/session activity, digest delivery, job views, saved jobs, applications, support communications, and account changes. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account termination and refusal of future service, subject to applicable law.

Refund Policy

Refunds, cancellations, failed payments, duplicate payments, and chargeback handling are governed by our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is part of these Terms. If the Refund Policy conflicts with checkout disclosures for a specific product, the clearer and more specific product disclosure controls for that transaction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy

Your use of DJM is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process information needed to provide job matching, email digests, access control, billing, support, fraud prevention, analytics, and security. We do not sell your personal data.

Service Availability & Changes

DJM may change, pause, add, remove, or limit features, sources, matching rules, email schedules, markets, prices, trial availability, and access controls. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific number of jobs, or that every digest will be delivered by every email provider.

We may perform maintenance, block suspicious traffic, throttle abusive usage, remove invalid or duplicate jobs, and change job sources without liability.

Disclaimers

DJM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, job accuracy, job availability, and employment outcome.

No content on DJM is legal, immigration, tax, financial, recruiting, career, or employment advice. Work authorization and sponsorship information is informational only and must be verified with the employer or qualified advisor.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DJM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, employment opportunity, salary, business, or reputation; inaccurate, expired, unavailable, or fraudulent job postings; rejected applications; missed deadlines; email deliverability issues; third-party payment processor issues; or unauthorized account activity not caused by our willful misconduct.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to DJM will not exceed the amount you paid to DJM for the affected Job Zone during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree, where permitted by law, to email support@jobmailers.com.co with a written notice describing the issue, the relevant account email, payment ID if applicable, requested resolution, and supporting evidence. We will attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived, disputes relating to DJM or these Terms will be subject to the competent courts in India. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email, in-app notice, checkout notice, or website notice where practical. Continued use of DJM after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes do not retroactively alter the price, duration, or refund treatment of a completed purchase unless required by law.
