Service Overview

Daily Job Mailer ("we", "us", "our") is a subscription-based job discovery platform. We aggregate and deliver curated job postings to subscribers via daily email digests and a web-based job browsing interface, filtered to your selected job titles and preferences. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement to use this service. The service is currently intended for users seeking employment opportunities in India. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at support@jobmailers.com.co if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription & Billing

Our plans are priced in Indian Rupees (INR). The current standard plan is ₹49 per month. A free trial period of 17 days may be offered to new users — no payment is required during the trial. After the trial, your selected payment method will be charged automatically on a monthly basis.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice via email or in-app notification.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the next period. No partial-period refunds are issued except as described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems; (b) scrape, copy, or redistribute job data without written permission; (c) use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (d) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or its content; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service; (f) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Job Data Disclaimer

Job postings displayed on our platform are sourced from third-party providers including but not limited to public job boards and APIs. We do not create, verify, or endorse any job posting. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any listing.

We are not responsible for any hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or interactions between you and any employer. Always verify job details directly on the employer's official website or recruiter before applying.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, trademarks, and other materials on this platform are the property of Daily Job Mailer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide the service (account email, job title preferences, timezone). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Job preference data may be used to improve job matching quality.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Job Mailer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the service; (b) any job listing being inaccurate, expired, or fraudulent; (c) unauthorized access to your account.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
